Overview: Thermostatic Hot Air Ovens with Three Side Heating (Memmert Type) are specially designed for precise and uniform heating, drying, and sterilization processes. These ovens are ideal for laboratories, research facilities, pharmaceuticals, and industries that require high thermal efficiency and consistent temperature performance.

Design & Construction: These ovens are constructed with a double-walled design, featuring a high-quality stainless steel inner chamber and a mild steel (powder-coated) outer body for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. The gap between the walls is filled with high-grade insulation to minimize heat loss and improve energy efficiency.

Heating System: The Memmert-type design utilizes heating elements placed on three sides – left, right, and bottom, ensuring uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber. This advanced design eliminates cold spots, making it suitable for critical drying and heating applications.

Temperature Control: Equipped with a capillary-type thermostat or optionally a digital temperature controller, the oven offers an adjustable temperature range from ambient +5°C to 250°C, with a control accuracy of ±1°C. The system ensures consistent and repeatable heating cycles.

Note: Above Ovens can be supplied with forced air circulation fan at an extra cost. “L” Shaped thermometer or a dial thermometer can be fitted on the front side of the oven at and extra cost. All above ovens can be supplied with electronic digital temperature control cum indicator.
