Acceptance of Terms:

• By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to abide by these terms and all applicable laws.

• While we strive for accuracy, technical specifications and availability are subject to
  change without notice.
  PRICING & PAYMENT:
  
• All prices are listed in INR and are subject to applicable taxes. We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, net banking, and select credit/debit cards. Full payment (100%) must be received before dispatch of any goods.
  WARRANTY:
  
• All testing machines and capital goods come with a standard one-year warranty from the date of dispatch. This covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to  wear and tear or misuse.
  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
  
• ASI Sales Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from
  the use or inability to use our products or services.
  GOVERNING LAW:
  
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the
  jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
