Return and refund policy

 

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  
• Proof of purchase or invoice is required to complete the return.
  NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
  
• Customized or made-to-order equipment
  
• Calibration services and consumables
  
• Downloadable software or documentation
  
• Capital goods and testing machines once installed or commissioned
  REFUND PROCESS:
  
• Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or
  rejection of your refund.
  
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
  
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  RETURN SHIPPING:
  
• Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
