DESCRIPTION

The Automatic Compression Testing Machine offered by us is a highly advanced, closed-loop, servo-controlled testing system, specially designed for accurate and reliable compression testing of concrete and rock specimens.

The machine is capable of conducting compression tests as per IS: 516, IS: 4031 (Part-6: 1988) and ASTM C-39, and fully conforms to IS: 14858-2000 requirements.

The system operates on a load/stress control basis, ensuring precise loading, superior repeatability, and consistent performance even during long duration testing.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

• The system is based on the CLOSED LOOP feedback principle.
• Loading is applied under load/stress control mode.
• Control signals generated by the electronic control system are transmitted to the motor drive through a P.I.D. Controller.
• The P.I.D. controller regulates the hydraulic oil flow to the ram, thereby maintaining the pace rate within ±2% of the pre-programmed value.
• The combination of advanced hydraulic system and electronic control ensures smooth, non-pulsating and accurate loading.
