Fully Automatic Compression Testing Machine,

This machine consists of loading unit and pumping unit. 

Loading Unit: Loading unit have high stiffness welded frame for high stability. Heavy duty spherical seat in lubricating oil bath, allowing 
initial free alignment at the initial contact with the specimen and automatic jamming up to the end of test. The hydraulic jack is fixed to 
the base , the upper plate have aligning action & shaft attached which passes to the cross head andcan be raised and lowered for 
initial clearance for adjustment the lower plate rests on the jack ram and is positioned with the help of centering pin. The lower and 
upper plates of the machine are hardened, ground and polished. Pumping Unit: The double stage hydraulic pump has motorized unit 
connected to a jack by means of a steel connecting tube. This consist of Dual stage pump, centrifugal for fast approach and 
multi-piston for loading, AC motor.
