Bluetooth Connection
- The hardness tester has a built-in Bluetooth module, which can connect to a computer or mobile phone via Bluetooth to export data.
Data Printing Method
- Print test data through the built-in printer.
- Print the test data through a Bluetooth printer (the hardness tester has a built-in Bluetooth module and can be connected to a Bluetooth printer).
Three standard hardness conversions
The system is equipped with three standard hardness conversion standards. Once the conversion standards are set, the conversion results and test results will be displayed at the same time. Three conversion standards:
- National standard
- European standard
- Ameican standard
You can choose to convet to tensile strength within the national standard.
Wired connection inteface
- Network pot: The hardness tester can be connected to the LAN, and the test data is transmitted to the computer via the network.
- USB inteface: Can be inseted to expot the data or the test database, and the expot fomat is Excel.
- RS-232 inteface: You can connect to a computer through this inteface to expot test data.
- Automatic working mode: After pressing the test key once, the system will automatically complete the measurement after laser focus. You only need to press the autowork switch to reconnect the objective lens and operate the hardness tester like Vickers hardness testers. The manual Vickers hardness tester becomes an automatic one.
