Evaluation of friction resistance of materials

ASI-G270 Taber Abrasion Tester is used for wear resistance and it can be used to determine the wear resistance of the sample under a certain load and a certain speed of the specified wear material friction on the sample, such as wear resistance, mass loss, thickness loss, and light transmittance changes. The abrasion wheel has been pre-grounded by standard methods, and the test results can reach a high consistency. The good repeatability of the experimental data of the instrument can help the manufacturer to effectively control production and inspect the product.

1.       ASIG270 Taber Abrasion Tester is equipped with an electronic timing counter. The speed can be adjusted between 1€90 rpm, and the speed real-time display can be observed. The test load can be set freely according to user requirements. Unique sample fixture design clamps the sample firmly, is user-friendly, and provides long life.

2.       High-quality motor control with imported bearings and other structural transmission components ensures small clearance, uniform movement, low noise, high test accuracy, and good data repeatability.
