ASI Automatic Closed Cup Transformer Oil Flash Point Tester ASI-FPA-110

ASI Automatic Closed Cup Transformer Oil Flash Point Tester ASI-FPA-110

Introduction & Application The A. S. I. SALES PRIVATE LIMITED, ASI-FPA-110 Automatic Closed Flash Point Tester is designed and made as per the National Standard of People’s GB/T261-2008; GB/T21615-2008; European standard ASTM-D93, it is an advanced analytical instrument, mainly used to determine the closed flash point of petroleum products. This Automated Closed Cup Flash Point Tester is controlled by microcomputer. It is automatic electronic ignition without the need of gas source. It is reliable and easy to operate with self-test function, high measurement accuracy, good repeatability and stable performance. It is an ideal instrument for closed flash point testing in electrical power, petroleum, chemical, power, environmental protection, railway and scientific research, etc.

About Flash Point of Transformer Oil Flash Point is the lowest temperature at which a liquid can form an ignitable mixture in air near the surface of the liquid. The lower the flash point, the easier it is to ignite the material. Nowadays, Flash point is used to say non-volatile or flammable substances whether exit highly volatile or flammable substances, and has been one of the most important parameters for petroleum products transportation, storage, operations, safety management…

Flash Point of Transformer Oil is defined as the temperature at which light hydrocarbon present in the transformer oil starts evaporating causing a flash on introduction of source under specified condition. It is an important parameter which must be maintained above 140 degree Celsius. Light hydrocarbons are already present in the transformer oil and gets evaporated under the influence of heat due to electrical stress. Light hydrocarbons are also generated by the degradation of the oil due to aging / heat / electrical stress. Flash Point of new Transformer Oil should be more than 140 degree Celsius. In any case, this temperature should not be allowed to be less than 130 degree Celsius for transformer oil in service.

Functions & Features 1) 7-inch industrial color touch screen display, no mechanical contacts, dustproof and waterproof, anti-radio frequency interference, long service life. 2) Equipped with parameter prompt function such as test date and test time. 3) Built-in Germany automatic atmospheric pressure detector: automatic to detect and correct the atmosphere pressure; self-adjust the flash point. 4) Able to store 999 testing data. 5) With imported PT100 sensor for differential detection, automatic correction of system deviation. 6) Cover opening, ignition, detection and printing data are automatically completed. 7) Large-caliber air duct and large air volume fan quickly cools down to shorten the test time. the external power is off. 8) Use built-in battery to ensure that test data can be stored for 5 ~ 8 years even when 9) Built-in high speed thermal printer, quieter, faster and clearer.
